How fast can you get a technician on site?
Same-day across most of Metro Vancouver, with trucks running daily from Coquitlam. For a door that's stopped a loading dock or shut a business, the after-hours line reaches a technician outside business hours too.
Can you keep our doors from breaking down in the first place?
Yes — ask about a periodic maintenance plan. Scheduled tune-ups catch worn springs, cables, and openers before they fail, which is far cheaper than an emergency call on a Monday morning.
